Tucson Murals is a documentation project recording the public murals of Tucson, Arizona — where they are, who made them, and when.

The heart of the project is a growing, searchable database. Every entry is a record: artist, location, year, status. The goal is comprehensive coverage, and we’re not there yet. That’s where you come in.

If you know something we don’t — an artist name, a date, a mural we’ve missed — we want to hear from you. The database gets better every time someone adds a piece.

This Substack is the editorial companion: throwbacks, new additions, artist encounters, and dispatches from the streets of Tucson. Free to read, always.
